I remember when holo patterns were simply not replicable. How the hell are they doing them so well? It’s now becoming a thing where the only foolproof method is the cardstock itself, and ink quality. Shocked at how good they can do holo now. For this card it’s glossy but there are authentic copies that are missing that veneer, so it’s not a guarantee with this example. But then you see the cardstock and you’re like yeah. But damn. What is happening.
Agreed. I was impressed by these. After holding so many old backs over my life, I really would be tempted by these forgeries. And I don’t mean fooled, but tempted, as in, “Is this close enough to lie to myself?” But no. Nevah! Just a little nostalgia trip.
