right i brought a card on a payment plan type of thing but his had a cash offer for it to sell in one go so have decided to stop that and get my money back all seemed well but he hasnt given my money back there were three payments
1 worked when i tried to go through paypal to get a refund and decided in my favour
the other two say this

what does this mean as its sent on my end? meaning the money has gone off of my payment card but how do i go about getting this money back
please any help would be really helpful as its alot of money and worried that i wont be able to get it back
