Has This Been Tampered With?

Hi all,

Sorry for the inflammatory title, but i recently bought this PSA10. The seller has 100% positive feedback and I have no reason to suspect foul play, but there is what seems to be a line of glue beading running down the inside of the case, all up the left hand side (right side when looking at the back of the card).

The card also rattles around inside the case which again i’ve never previously seen.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I’m guessing this is not foul play because the same glue beads show up on the PSA scans.

It just seems odd to me. I’m really disappointed on how this case artefact detracts from the card…

Thanks

I think it’s just a funky looking slab. The PSA scan shows the same beads on the edge of the slab. It was shipped out of PSA like that, so tampering is very unlikely.

If you’re unhappy with the slab and want a new one, you could always send it to PSA to get reholdered.

This is also quite common and nothing to worry about.

Conclusion: No, it hasn’t been tampered with.
