I don’t ship internationally, but someone from Singapore bought from me and is using the freight forwarding company mentioned in the title. Address for the company is 14601 N Bybee Lake Court. This place has pretty bad reviews, so I’m a little paranoid about sending. Anyone have experience with them?
If that’s the case, I would proceed caution with this type of transaction because it’s going through two deliveries before it arrives to the buyer, not to mention the forwarding service is not exactly stellar either. If the buyer “loses” it between any of those shipments, they can just file a dispute and you will be guaranteed a loss against the seller/buyer’s protection service.
Yeah, I’ll take the day to think it over, but I’m leaning more towards just apologizing and cancelling and risk the negative fb. Thanks for your input.
I remember Rudy from Alpha investments saying untracked doesn’t ever make it with these weird address forwarding situations. I’m sure the customer would understand maybe explain to them before you cancel.
