I had some cards graded a few months ago which I sent to the vault instead of back to me at the United Kingdom as it was only a small order. I now wish to return these cards to me for a trade with a friend. When I go through this process in the vault, it lets me add my GB mobile number but the address is not recognised and makes it compulsory to include a US State I’m in (I’m not in one). I’ve tried e-mailing Collectors & PSA customer service a few weeks ago but have yet to receive a response.
Any help would be appreciated.
