Hairline scratches on the back of JPN cards

I have had about 9 JPN cards in mint condition with no edge or corner wear and pristine fronts, only to realise there are very thin hairline scratches on the back of all of them, visible under specific angle and strong source of light - is this normal? How does it affect grading? I am trying to select which cards to send to PSA to reduce disappointment … and money.

An otherwise perfect card with this back - has a shot at PSA 9?

you/we both know it’s not normal so you should 100% expect it to affect the grade. I think it will get 8-9

I have never handled JPN cards outside these or got them graded so I was unsure, as I saw them on all my JPN cards. Thanks btw
