I contacted PSA via email. They were very professional and helpful. They removed the hair free of cost. Psa covered everything including shipping. I just got the card back today and the hair is gone. Thanks everyone for your help!
This was mentioned in the newsletter from Steve Sloan. Email correspondence with PSA used to take between 2 weeks and three months (in my experience)… now they’re aiming for email response time of within 2 days, which I’m definitely happy to hear.
I would of tried to make a small pin hole and suck it out with a hoover. But on second thoughts, you made the right decision getting PSA to solve the problem.
