I find rare cards in lower grades are pretty consistently undervalued so I just don’t know if this card will sell as high as some of these other guesses. I think it’s really hard for people to shake the mindset of “I can still get this in better condition”.

Agreed. There has been too many raw copies sold lately that have graded higher than this one, if I’m throwing around a chest of cash for a copy I’ll wait till an 8 or 9 appear on auction, or wait until another raw copy magically appears in Japan.

The grade could be a factor. These are hard to find but not impossible. The owner of the 10 illustrator also has a PSA 9, and may have other copies too.
