Hello! I’m excited to post my collection somewhere to show off the scope of my Flygon line merchandise and my all languages master set project progress!
I have been collecting the Flygon line for years, and went from saying “wow there’s really not that much Flygon stuff” to “oh my god, they need to stop making stuff, I’m trying to keep up”. A fun problem to have!
The scope of my collection is incredibly broad; I collect everything from plushies to home goods to items with tiny cameos (like Trapinch on the Pokemon ANA Ohana plane). I am always looking for things, no matter how niche, and always appreciate being pointed to merch I may not have!
Having finished my English master set of the line, I am moving on to an all-languages collection. (Please, somebody help me with Russian Flygon, I’m dying here). I am SO excited to see my new international languages binder fill up.
I felt like Pokémon Day was a good day to share this, but I am also being a bit impatient as I have a bunch of merch in the mail right now to myself. So expect updates and some reorganizing sooner rather than later.
This is going to take a few posts with the size of things.
Physical Goods Collection:

First of all, a broad view of the shelves. I just got these acrylic boxes to try to prevent dust, and will probably be adding two more when my latest buyee order arrives.

This shelf is currently a little barren (and features a shiny Cacnea kid figure cameo) while I am waiting for Japanese copies of Pokemon Ranger and Pokemon Box to arrive. I always wondered why Flygon is on the Japanese copy of Box but not the english one. Similarly, I am preparing to put a DS in the front with the hard to find Pokemon Daisuki Club Pokemon Ranger DS decals. I don’t know a lot about them except that they were a lottery promotional item, and I thought it would be fun to have a green DS with the Flygon decal front and center.
In the background you can see a promotional Pokemon Ranger display sign I got a few years ago. I also added a Korean exclusive acrylic stand featuring Gengar, Trapinch, and Cubone. Weird trio! You can also see some small stationary pieces like Flygon tape and the megablox Trapinch toys.

This box here features some of the larger figures I have. The highlight for me probably is the fantastic needle-felted Trapinch and Flygon sculpture done by Kary_bird on twitter. It was an entry for the 2024 Pokémon card art contest and I personally think it should have won! I immediately reached out to purchase it after the artist posted their entry.
In here I have the two Jazwares Flygon figures. I really adore the quality on these and just ordered myself a second sealed version of the Select figure because it is so gorgeous. I also have a sealed version of my favorite Pokémon merch line, the Pokémon Time set that features Flygon. There are also some additional smaller figure sets and toys in here, and the Flygon Shikishi Art Board in the background. I’m saving some room in here for the Rement Circular Diorama Flygon coming out early next month.

Next up, and probably my favorite box, is the smaller figures case. Here’s the culmination of years of watching for small figures to appear for sale. On the back shelf, I have a resin set of the line, as well as a sealed and unsealed Tomy figure. There is also one of my rarest items– the Flygon stamp on the premier ball roller. Similarly hard to come by, I have both known metal trapinch figures in the front. There is also a small playset figure flygon, figures from the Zukan pokedex set, and the Midnight Agent Gengar and Flygon figure in the back.
In the background, there is a really cute puzzle featuring the Hoenn starters, Pikachu, Flygon and Trapinch, Skarmory, Spoink, Cacnea, Sandshrew, and Cradily. It’s super cute– I have a full pic later in the thread with flats. There’s also a card file I hadn’t ever seen before getting. It seems like such a bizarre selection of Pokémon to pair together and it has a very lop-antenna Flygon, which I haven’t ever seen depicted before. I’ve also got a growing collection of colors of Waps of the line.
In the front I have all the kid figures, with the normal and transparent versions of each. It also has my most favorite collection item— the limited Shiny Flygon kid figure, which is my favorite version of my favorite Pokemon. I think it is SO cool that there is official merch of it.

Next up, this box has a mixture of my TCG items and some school supply and personal good items. I plan to eventually split these into two boxes. To the left is my etched Flygon Line master set binder, which holds my English cards, non-tcg, stickers, etc.
In the back I have the Flygon EX Box (It’s not actually sealed fresh— I opened it way back in the day when it came out but kept the empty booster packs for display purposes). I have an empty Ex Dragon Windblast deck box, a Holon Phantoms deck box, and two metal tins. The darker box might not look like much, but it has Blaziken and Flygon etched very finely in gold on it. I have not been able to find a good quality version under $300 for sale, but I got this fairly poor quality one for $30, so I’ll take it.
I also have a mixture of stationary items like stampers and the fantastic Trapinch stapler, one of my favorite things in here.

With the image limit per post, I’ll be continuing along below and will post when done with the initial update : ) Next up is more shelves and then my cards!
Thanks for looking, and I hope you continue to enjoy seeing more of my favorite bug-not-bug dragons.
