Graded Video Game Market has CRASHED

I feel for the people who paid those prices. But frankly I didn’t lose a second of sleep over graded game prices. I guess if you’re a money collector or you’re sitting on multiple copies you would be upset. But I didn’t buy it to sell it. I didn’t sell when it was 50k and I probably won’t sell if it hits 50k again. Ultimately I’m pretty apathetic to the current price of graded games.

Now without crying

Just wanted to add this demonstration from the front man himself that I first saw someone talking about graded video games: Mizkif Lost -$200,000 From His Boxes Collection... - YouTube

That’s interesting, for a lot of vintage cards this chart looks pretty much the same, where you see a steady stable price for years, then a massive spike and then it came down but it is still above to what it used to be.

So yes a lot of cards were massively inflated but it’s more interesting to watch the new average now that all the market seems to be stabilizing.
