I’ve had two experiences with the PSA Vault. One was the Crystal Golem fiasco and the other was storing and shipping a $2,000 booster box. Luckily, the latter was completed seamlessly.
But I really have no incentive to use the PSA Vault when I already have access to my PWCC Vault and eBay Vault. Just seems like overkill to me, especially because I would much rather use eBay, PWCC, or Heritage before Goldin.

It felt convenient and cheaper (no shipping fee) to ship my PSA orders there lol.

I use it for 2 purposes
If there are cards I want to buy, then I prefer to store them there and send them to me once every few months (I’m not from the United States, so each shipment is quite a bit of money).
In the second option, if I find things that are somehow below market price, I buy, store, and sell at the next auction, that’s how I make some money, and I don’t even touch the cards.
But in general, the site is really cumbersome, there are many, many mistakes and you have to follow every action they do
PSA is getting pumped and primed to be flipped by Nat, so I’m sure Goldin will be a part of that sale. Probably similar things going on compared to when PWCC just sold earlier this year.

I have no knowledge of how Goldin works, never bid on their site/used their vault so to me this looks like straight up psychological/information warfare.
- Create a throwaway account on reddit.
- State its a throwaway account under the guise of “protecting myself from getting fired”.
- Post on r/pokeinvesting that xyz company is doing something wild/reputation ending.
- Watch stakeholders retract their assets and move them to another company (maybe the real company OP works for??).
90% sure its not going down like this, but thats where my mind went when i saw this haha

yeah like said, until i hear official word or feedback from goldin/psa im not going to do anything with my cards that are stored there. the person also posted the same to baseball and basketball reddits too

rarely post on here but i will for this. goldin is one of the biggest shitshow organizations i’ve ever dealt with. they’ve had some sort of issue with packages being stolen while in transit for the past few weeks. they sent out a mass email about 2 weeks ago recalling all packages that were in transit back to their warehouse. i had 3 packages returned to sender, which i am awaiting a refund for (~$2500 in value). i have another package that was “The sender requested a delivery change for this package. / The receiver will pick up the package at a UPS facility.” and it got “delivered” to some UPS warehouse in my city (~$2000 in value), which i haven’t received a response for as yet. i’m guessing this one was part of the set that was “stolen”.
This is on top of the many issues they’ve had for months, which were all minor like broken slabs, missing LOAs, etc. which theyve always managed to resolve, but it was super annoying checking little every thing you buy from them against the invoice mostly because they would ship from like 3 different locations for the same order all at different times.

If Goldin Vault == PSA Vault, then I sent in a lot of my higher value slabs just a couple months back 
Goldin is such a mess, they recalled my package when it was like 30 mins away from me, luckily they gave me a tracking number for FedEx Priority Overnight today and hopefully my expensive package arrives tomorrow. They have tons of issues like letting people vault stuff that can’t be vaulted (like raw cards and complete sets) and then not doing anything until I reach out and ask them what’s going on. Prices were super cheap though so that’s a plus

this is the same thing that happened to me for my packages that got returned to sending. however, they said they suspect mine have been tampered with so they are refunding them instead of reshipping them. i never saw any of these packages so i am unsure who is tampering/stealing them or how they did it.
