also since u can just polymarket the $15M+ options i wouldnt be shocked if it goes over that

My prediction: Kevin Olearly’s fund will buy the card, will be a huge press spectacle afterwards with fox business/cnbc coverage with interviews with kevin talking about the sale(same thing happened with the sports card purchases), then Logan Paul will film video meeting him a handing it over etc for more youtube content.
Interesting, they have reholdered the Illustrator. Clearer scans are now available on PSA’s website: https://www.psacard.com/cert/23000982/psa

Would not have wanted to be the guy to have to crack that out.
Honestly, not shocking as a 10. Not a strong 10 for sure, 9 is reasonnable but 10 is fair also
Doubters in shambles
Looks much better in the new slab. Oddly it looks much cleaner too, if not for the top right corner id expect a 10.
That back centering is so distracting to me.
Only way to get on a layer of Kurt’s cream
Looks like a 10 to me
wata scam
I’m guessing this was all planned out, and I have to tip my hat to the marketing genius here… show a beat up slab and get buzz/discussion going on how it’s not a 10… meanwhile, know you have a reholder lined up with PSA that will make the card look much cleaner (and give more opportunity to reignite discussion - lol, it’s working - and post content)…
Easy 10, it appears.
Typical minor flaw.
This sale is gonna mark a changing point in collectible Pokémon history.

This isn’t a 10 - The fuzz on the corners and cantering on the back should demote that card straight away without looking at any other flaws.
But PSAs reholder policy (only rehold not regrade) has worked in their favour for this.
Just the fact that it was a 9 multiple times should say enough about it
It just means it was a strong 9 and is a weak 10. Would probably be a BGS 9.5 ![]()
I tend to look at and check out the front side more than the backside
