That’s a ton of holo bleed for a Neo Revelation card. This is pretty rare right? Looks awesome though!
(Might have to be on the lookout for a Jumpluff one…)

Yeah pretty rare! I have a hitmontop that I found in my binder with this amount of bleed, and I have a shining gyarados with some bleed as well on the way. I’m getting ready to send this Ampharos and a Lugia from neo Genesis for grading. They’re out there, just have to get lucky!

Ah, I had a bit of deja vu when I was writing that previous post, and now that you’ve mentioned the Hitmontop, I think I had the exact same comment when you posted that card here too (or in whatever thread you posted it in) 
Will trawl through some Neo Rev Jumpluff listings every once in a while then!

Anecdotally, I’ve seen this type of holo bleed through the textbox of most Neo holos in the Unlimited prints (especially Neo Genesis and Neo Revelation). Just like the holo bleed/‘double holo’ Neo Revelation cards, 1st Ed is tougher to find by a huge margin.

It’s really hard to show this one, but the entire card is very vibrant, more so than the normal slightly insufficient ink holos. But yes, the 1st ed with a true bleed don’t seem to pop up. My 1st edition ampharos “double holo” bleed went to Italy funny enough, and it’s back up for sale again.
One of the best orbs I’ve seen so far, got lucky with this one! Only downside is that it’s fairly difficult to see given the white behind it.
