6 months after purchasing a double swirl Pichu by accident and stumbling upon this thread, I have added my second double swirl. Not as eye popping as some of the other Slowkings y’all have, but happy with it since I now understand how infrequent these doubles pop up.

Scans looked a little better. The clipped swirl is just visible at the top of the card. The weld and repeating pattern is evident in several places.

The Masaki gengar double swirl is easier to see in person, as the full holo bleed doesn’t show well over pictures or videos. In person under a light it gets great!

I never thought I’d be congratulating Miss Frizzle on the sicket double holo swirls on pokemon cards, especially two I like a lot. But, hey, here we are! Getting the Trade evolution gengar with a souble swirl is massively impressive. And of course I just like suicune a lot.

Not a vintage card but, I found 3 swirls on this prize pack 4 drifloon the other day and it quickly became one of my most precious possessions.

Damn! Beautiful. I know you had posted about the different holofoils for this card, but this card (with the holofoils) looks really good. i feel this card looks much better in hand and the swirls really looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! I now have 50 copies of this card and only one triple swirl so I’m really pleased.
In the spirit of the thread I’ve gone through all my swirls to find any neo/vintage double swirls and alas, nothing yet. But it’s given me a nice opportunity to appreciate some older holos I don’t look at as much!
