I also haven’t found confirmation on Italian yet either. I currently have English, French, and German in my collection, but not even an Italian sighting on my end.
Any update? Was Italian ever found?
Upon a whole lot more research, I’m convinced that Italian does not exist. The only mention I can find of Italian is that one blog post (and a few other places that cite that one blog post as a reference). I believe the original author mixed up Italian with French or German, meaning there are only 3 languages for these.
If I find any proof to say otherwise, I’ll be sure to update, but for now, I’m content saying Italian Countdown Calendar promos never existed in the first place.

I’ve also looked for it a few times, since the Italian DP16 Pikachu promo was mentioned on @justinator’s website that I’ve used as reference when I started collecting Pikachu cards myself, but in the 11 years I’ve been collecting, I haven’t seen any sign of it except for some rumors here and there.
I’m pretty sure the Pokémon Countdown Calendar of 2008 is indeed only released in English, German, and French; and the one from 2010 was exclusive to German.
