Hello. I just bought a PSA9 Lugia gameboy recently.
I spot some scratch like lines along the foil as circled. Are these vertical lines scratches or part of the card artwork? If these are scratches, I’m kinda upset that a PSA 9 could have these surface scuffs.

Any owners of this card can confirm whether these lines are on the artwork or these are scratches?
Are you sure the scratches are on the card and not the case?
The Lugia does have these radial lines in the art. But also as a side note, scratches like these would not be uncommon on a PSA 9 (if it was a scratch).
Don’t think the lines looks like the ones you mentioned, but thanks! Didn’t know psa 9 can have surface scuffs!
I looked closer at your images and I see what you mean. Yes, it’s not impossible to see scratches like that on a 9.
If you own a lot of PSA 9 then I’m sure many cards have small scratches like this. Remember, aPSA 9 is not a PSA 10.
