I read it as not having to do anything of the work to sell the collection while still getting market price. And as I am currently downsizing my collection the work is quite large, especially since I have a lot of smaller cards of 1 to 2 euro Japanse promos.
If it was anything else than that. I would of course go for the 10k:)

Good point. 
It might almost be worth it to pay 10k payment if I could sell all my duplicates (amounting more than 10k cards) all at once for market price without any work indeed. 
I defintely won’t sell my collections, though. But I can now partially relate to your vote.
