Last year DFW Pokemon opened a dozen or so packs. I recorded the count here:
Later last year Normapoke opened a few packs as well.
I believe both of these people had some sealed packs still. The public count for the charizard is likely around 200 copies. I always seem to hear of people bringing them into stores or I see ebayers list 5-6 at a time out of nowhere
