You need to ship your package with a service that offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning that you, the sender, are paying the tariffs and not the recipient.
I use UPS for that but it should also work with other carriers. Yesterday my second package arrived at their PO box without any issues. For some reason I didn’t have to pay any tariffs even though the declared value was above the threshold.
Alternatively you should be able to send to the US using your local postal service and declaring the value under 100$ and as a gift. That will take some time tho and can be kind of iffy.
