Speculating for now, but it looks like all the pack art assets for sets this year might be drawn by Yuu Nishida. @kev confirmed she drew the pack/box art for SV9 Battle Partners, and SV9a Heat Wave Arena has a very similar art style - which is also the Cynthia/Garchomp and Ethan/Ho-Oh pack art for SV10 Destined Rivals
