Ebay user sells Skyridge box for $7k and Legendary for $6.9k

Agreed especially considering legendary and Skyridge boxes both looked mint condition both were steals. Legendary has been selling for mid to lower $200s per pack while Skyridge mid to higher 200s so that’s probably why he priced them so close. I had a chance to buy both but just didn’t have the money !

I tried to sell my car fast enough, I just couldn’t because its not instant like the “buy it now”… just kidding lol I love my WRX!

The awkward moment when you realise he has pellets of lc and skyridge remaining. Ex wotc employee and arguably two of the worst selling sets could mean this is a reality.

damn I’m still biting my ass as last year I was offered a 1st Edition Neo Revelation Box for 2800€

Lol

Pellets or Pallets?

so apparently this guy from Germany has already bought the neo discovery box

he used the very same pictures from the ebay seller and cropped them :unamused:

I saw these both but didn’t have the money for them. It’s intereating because I was able to grab 1st ed. Neo Destiny packs for $120 yesterday and the same seller sold another one for $75. It seems like a good time to be buying right now.

I have seen many LC boxes go for below $6900 I don’t feel that was a crazy deal. But the skyridge was

What is the general opinion of what a skyridge box should go for?

Probably in the $8-10k range, which is crazy since last fall they were going for half that. What happened is the price of booster packs skyrocketed while the cards barely saw any growth at all.

If someone needs that box for their collection, it sure won’t get any cheaper. The thing is there are thousands of collectors that have $200-1000 to spend on loose packs and I have a feeling they will start dictating the price on some of these boxes. It remains to be seen how much of a premium a box can earn over loose packs.

Considering packs are about 225-250 ea, you can do the math.

…yet

What would skyridge packs go for if they were from a confirmed unweighed untampered box break?

price of a skyridge box divided by 36

Someone on instagram recently opened a box and sold the packs for $275~ (pretty sure) each and they sold out. He got roughly $9900 for the box in this case

I would say 10k is not a bad price for the box, considering all those weighed packs on the market are selling for just a tad under untampered packs. a little bit more work, but as a buyer, how much premium would you put on a pack that you know has a fair 1/3 chance of being a heavy pack compared to one that might be 1/100 that would be a loose pack?

Seller is legit. Boxes were delivered.

So by law of deduction does that mean you got the Skyridge box? Nice

Good to know. I actually contacted the seller and he had another skyridge box, which I picked up. He has some other stuff. A couple other boxes but no hoard of skyridge etc…
