Why is the way I’m getting paid on eBay changing?
We are updating the payment experience on eBay to enhance the buying and selling experience on the marketplace. We believe this is an opportunity to deliver a more seamless experience for both buyers and sellers, while offering a greater choice in payment and payout options.

Is there anything I need to do right now?

How are my fees changing?
Your eBay selling fees and expenses will be automatically deducted from your earnings before you get paid. @0ean, thats managed payments and has been around for probably almost a year at this point. There are many threads about it on here that you can look at if you have questions about it.

this is the last chance we have to buy graded cards before they all add the “2 years of my life plus suffering” fee

Got a notification for 5% eBay bucks through March 5th this morning.

5% literally 10 hrs after I bought a super expensive card. Damn :slightly_frowning_face:

Don’t worry if it’s the same offer I got, the only thing worth buying is EBAY gift cards & Bullion. It doesn’t apply to majority of categories.

First targeted ad in well over a year I think.

"You’ve activated the eBay Bucks bonus offer.

Earn 5% in eBay Bucks on all qualifying items. No minimum spend.

Expires:

5% on nearly anything for me. Loving the change already as getting the occasional 5% will allow me to save significantly more than I did with the constant 1%.

nooooo they couldn’t even approve me for the last promotion. I guess they know I will still buy things to complete my collection.

I didn’t qualify for some reason :slightly_frowning_face:

sorry to post in this page without an ebay bucks promo (Ik its pinned for a lot of you), but how often/how do you qualify for tcgplayer promos? Do you have to be a paid member?
I have a standard membership just created for when I buy stuff but its the free one

You don’t need to be a paid member to qualify for TCGPlayer kickbacks.

As far as how often they come along: what I can say is that they’ve come along a lot less frequently over the past year than they did before that. They used to come around at irregular intervals but basically every month or two. Now, they seem to be maybe twice a year.

dang, lol im so cheap I wont buy on ebay or tcg without bucks usually. Stuff adds up like crazy. Back to ig searching until I get a notification I guess

Haha, I hear ya. I used to always build giant TCGPlayer carts in anticipation of kickbacks. But I haven’t been doing that recently because kickbacks come around so infrequently now.

FYI. Check your eBay Messages. Wish they would’ve sent this yesterday before the PWCC Auction ended…

I used to get every single eBay bucks offer without fail for years, but I haven’t gotten any of them for the past 3 months or so–ever since my sales started going way up. I wonder if there’s a connection.

Didn’t they discontinue ebay bucks entirely?

The 1% on all transactions. They said they will still give targeted bonus bucks

 I’ve never been offered them which really sucks. Anything I need to do to get them? Or I just got unlucky

Same for me. I have all marketing emails, push notifications and whatever else enabled and I’ve had my account since 2001. I haven’t received a targeted bucks offer in years
