If I already have a card listed, then choose to end the listing and then resist it that qualifies right? I did activate this offer when I got it yesterday.

Sadly just missed the window on the previous eBay bucks deal. I know we just had one, but does anyone know if they usually do an eBay bucks promotion for Memorial Day?

Wtf, 2nd time in a row now it says I donât qualify for eBay bucks. I am enrolled and meet all of the criteria in the disclaimer. For the longest time I was getting all of the offers and now it seems to have stopped.
Same for me as well. I got them constantly last year and am always buying on eBay.
@ccrntrade, they set the hook and reeled you in and now you are a lifer. They are saving the bait for fresh meat. I havenât gotten hardly either but if I was a person in charge of specifically looking at my spending habits I wouldnât give myself eBay buck deals either.

I havenât been eligible for the last 15 or so lol active account since 2002. Not sure what else they want from me lol 
already maxed out my eBay bucks for this period at $500.00
