The way the baby grows up to spread its wings with its Wingull friends! I love Jiro Sasumo ahah
With the SARâs you have to take into account the texture - looks completely different than the stock photo!
This era was sooo crazy. But I definitely only went crazy for the 151 AR cards and both Gardevoir SAR. The only cards I have displayed right now are both Gardevoir in a psa 10 and it just brings me so much joy looking at the dichotomy between the luscious green/homey/cozy scenery against the shiny Gardevoirâs alluring, fae-like ritual dance.
a little over one day left to get your votes in
definitely not how i was thinking the top end would unfold. i guess i shouldnât be too surprised with karp, but i expected whirl to win out. didnât realize dragonair was so popular nor altaria
Water theme is superior to all other themes, confirmed
Dang I missed the poll. Havenât been visiting regularly.
Surprised at the results honestly. Canât believe so many great arts barely got any votes.
some notes I took from this:
- you guys really, REALLY like Gardevoir.
- Pokemon 151 is goated
- Elite forum still hates tera types as evidenced by Charizards very low placing
- The new pokemon did poorly. Mons like Palafin, Goldengo, ext ext got destroyed. Possibly has to do with poor art / poor design but I have an itching this is likely to do with them not having history or nostalgia as well
- Obsidian Flames is grossly underrated
- The magikarp will go down as one of the best cards of all time
I feel like both my favourites and objectively the most popular ones are all over the place, i think stuff like grey felt hat pikachu and a lot of zards get some attitude since they arenât higher even while definitely being top tier art. Iâm really surprised that the treasures of ruin cards donât get more love but i guess unique presentations go over stylish ones. And Komiya drowzee still remains the best modern card art and thereâs slim chance anything will de-throne it
theyâre my favs at least :')
It couldâve happened with any hyper popular PokĂ©mon, especially when paired with the best SAR illustrations this entire generation has to offer
