As some of those before me, I am also a long-time lurker which would very much like to enter the contest.
I don’t really participate in many topics, however I feel as this one is too good to pass as a passionate drawer / tattoo artist in yet another lockdown.
Most of my efour reading happens in bed on my ipad; and I very much dislike typing on it, hence my low post-count. (I have plans to work on a collection thread soon though!)
If possible I’d like to sign up for the ‘original’ category.

Hi, I know this appears late and hopefully will try to fit what I have into place! I would like to try the Recreation and Orignal please and see what I can do in a short amount of time. Good luck to everybody!

Here are my submissions!
1. Recreation - “Shining Skies”
This is based on Ken Sugimori’s artwork for the 1996 Jumbo Carddass no. 5.

*I asked myself - what if the Pokemon were SHINY…?*Also recreated a different sky.
2. Child Drawing - “I Choose You - Pikablu!”
A fun design for what Pikablu might have looked like.
And… I couldn’t help myself - I also designed a card for my own fun 
It has all the lore and I think you’ll like it haha…

Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of 3x3x3 cubes left to make a larger mosaic with multiple cubes, so I’ve used my 9x9x9 for a 9-bit artwork instead…

Childlike entry-
I had trouble titling this piece because I didn’t want to take away from my man man venusaur relaxing on the beach on an overcast day, when Sabrina shows up and fails to catch him with all of her might no matter what she throws at him, But I love alliteration! So this is;

On the other hand, sometimes it is possible to have too much fire power! This guy couldn’t roast a proper marshmallow to save his life. I present;

Based off of blaine’s/carddass vending 1996 done with the only 12ct box of colored pencils I could find in my house after moving recently haha.
