I recently acquired a yokohama world championchips participant code card.
I actually like the design on the code card. Does anyone know if in 2023 psa would grade such a card?
Found this in the pop report for last year’s welcome kit so I would assume yes?

PSA has graded code cards for the Japanese Shiny Star V set. They’re titled 2020 Pokémon Scrap(lousy name)in the Pop report. I sent a few in, most came back as 10’s. The cards that are listed as 4 points were from the 1st release. The points got you some sort of digital prize. After the 1st release they just have ads on the backs
