Do their marker/counters exist?

Hi!
I’m researching Pokémon-specific counters (like those on Hungry Snorlax, Tyranitar ex, and Gardevoir ex).
I understand that for these three cards, the Lightning Rod, Coloring and Char counters never physically existed, right?

I know that Char Counters later gave Burn. And that decks from that era had a “neutral” counter, presumably for these types of cards.

I couldn’t find any definitive confirmation.
I imagine that leagues would very well receive them, or that they would be distributed at events, for example.

i don’t remember special counters in any of the premade deck boxes sold pre-neo but i remember that the glass stone counters came in two colors.
