Discovered today comparing my DRE typhs, that PTBR is not cosmos.
It also looks like that in the SV/MEGA era of the TCG this is possibly the only set whos prerelease promos use the cosmos holo pattern
ENG on the left is cosmos, however PTBR on the right is same holo as regular set cards.

I’m guessing because DRE is the only SV/MEGA era set without alt arts for prerelease promos they gave them the cosmos holo treatment. Every other SV/MEGA era pre release promo is the regular holo pattern from what I’ve seen.
