These come in the Canadian packs.
These are the two that I have. I would say the packs are pretty difficult to come by. Have no idea why they are missing the background.
I have the full set can maybe grab a picture at some point.
Even recent sales prices dont indicate much of a premium. They pop up from time to time. Maybe 20 USD a piece. Maybe more but not much I would say. They are mostly an unonown variant.

Crazy this thread is still going, I will post the ones I have as I could help some people out I’m sure when it comes to acquiring Topps cards… I was a collector as a kid and have quite a few as well not to mention I have a ton of 1999-2000 base, fossil, rocket cards

Very interesting video showing a lot of the topps cards sold in Argentina. Very strange that the boxes state they were distributed by Topps Ireland. Cool to see sime sealed packs too.
