You can’t have value without scalpers that’s the reason they stick around if the set had value after a few years then it would probably work but if it has value on release I feel like it just wouldn’t work, maybe there is a way of reprinting the set into the ground or printing a couple sets per gen
It’s just supposed to limit the margins to the point where scalpers buying from stores barely make any profit.

The surefire way to stop scalpers isn’t making the set worse or overprinting. Pokemon needs to stop printing new cards.

Oh yeah btw this suggestion I made worked, almost everything suggested was in Journey Together set and prices dropped drastically. Set was smaller, pull rates are better. We have made this set truly “worse”
