You can just message Elizabeth Gruene, email attached. That image has been floating around for over 6 months. Best of luck with your legal options if you decide they aren’t “beneath you.” Ironic that you’re calling that dude out by name quite a lot maybe he should consider his legal options as well and the rest of us can continue to not care at all.

If you dont care, why are you here?

Thanks for asking, Iike most people on e4, I was catching up on a completely unrelated to YuGiOh topic that had several different threads going on and in every single one of them you ended up hijacking the post to talk about your beef with CGC and some YuGiOh dispute and how you’re an expert and can be a material witness and work for psa (NOT I WAS HIRED FOR A PROJECT ONCE AND I COSPLAY AS A CURRENT EMPLOYEE). So you know, I just naturally was seeing you pop up a million times about this non pokemon related stuff and when Dyl made his post the sentiment struck close to home and I thanked him for it.

Anyway I don’t want to derail your thread but you guys DID tag me. I’m more than happy to never respond in here again and let yall talk about this topic if this is now the only place it shows up rather than in the pokemon threads. This can be the playpen for this topic and you won’t ever hear from me again!

Itd be best if you didnt come around and spread misinformation on things you dont know or take things way out of context. So yes, id recommend not commenting anymore.

Just my 2 cents: Ghezzi it is true you’ve brought this issue up a lot recently (most of the time it was relevant!), and I think at this point most of us here have seen your arguments. I think maybe continuing to post about it in various different threads may be a bit much. HOWEVER, continuing to post about it in a thread like this is completely reasonable. If someone doesn’t want to read about it anymore, they can just avoid looking at threads that include the topic.

My problem isnt the coping people are doing, although it is very annoying and childish.

My biggest issue is people assailing my character because PSA makes a distinction between employees (who receive benefits and have restrictions on conversations etc…) and contractors on retainer (who dont and just get a paycheck for being SMEs), which i am.

Its a slander campaign by Vernon (Omega Collectibles) to attempt to defame me so he can discredit my work proving most of his “test prints” are forgeries. Its calculated and it follows me. While i accept there will always be a few less than intellectually gifted people, who remain impervious to explanation, i fight it because its an affront to the work Ive done to prevent what happened in PKMN, in YGO.

Either way, thanks for the note. Its appreciated.

I think thats the reasonable road too. @GhezziTCG if you have more updates I’d love to see them on the thread you made with the link to the article you wrote up on it. Then that way anyone interested in the saga who has it set for notifications can find it all in one place. I appreciate your contributions. Keeping companies like PSA,CGC, BGS and others accountable to their stated(but at times not acted upon) purpose is important. And information like you provide the public will help people who actually want to own the cards be informed on how to avoid scams and forgeries of all sorts.

I can tell you there will be no updates from CGC unless TCA somehow gets them to honor their guarantee. I do have some irons in the fire but this is largely too small for anyone at CGC to care. Itll have to become like the Pokemon forgeries in scale for them to do anything, and thats sad but the honest truth.

I know some people have reached out to them. Additionally, I have informed people and prevented this from metasticizing further. These were going to hit a magazine and i was able to intercept that also. Word of mouth in yugioh has also done good work. We can be a fairly nuclear hobby given the number of the collectors willing to pay stupid money for cards.
