I found these randomly on ebay, let me know if there is an article or historical source for these cards.
Mewtwo & Regigas
Looking at the pop report we can see that CGC has slabbed 363 total Next Destiny test prints.
These are beyond cool to me, especially the mewtwo.
However in light of CGC slabbing fake playtest cards and intentionally mislabelling the 2007 Danish Championships greeting cards I don’t trust the aunthentication of these test prints.
Every time I see these card without the back they remind me of MTG “Artist Proof”.
How cool could be to have an artwork by a TPC artist on the back? Then I remember that is impossible and I go back to sleep.

Correct these are NFC atleast a full sheet of them were cut and have been floating around long before the playtest drama.
Ive seen another full sheet of these textless next destiny prints as well.
Cgc even slabbed a few of them connected like mini uncut sheets.
These came from the same source as the other popular nfc sheets.
These are all NFC from a sheet. The sheet has been floating around for awhile but only recently has someone figured out how to cut sheets themselves and get CGC to put pretty much anything into a slab. As usual with CGC, they don’t identify that these cards are aftermarket cuts.

Gary had multiple sheets like this. If I recall correctly, they were basically snuck out of the factory and Pokemon tried to go after them
I remember when I visited Gary, he had the sheets on ebay, and pokemon messaged him to take them down, as they were apparently stolen from the dumpster. Pokemon asked who he bought them from, and he said, “it was from a guy I met in the park, I can go back and see if he is still there”.

cgc is the one who cut up the quad ones
Each sheet has 121 cards so the 363 graded are 3 cut up sheets
There are also sets of 2 and sets of 4 in a another pop entry, so at least 4 sheets have been cut up
