CardTrader is based in Italy, so a lot of their stock is English or Italian, with some intermittent French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc thrown in there as well. I was also able to find several Portuguese Piplups I needed- I definitely feel that pain.
As for the cards I was looking at, most of the pricing was comparable between Trader and Market, with Trader being a few cents higher for bulk like you mentioned. I’m more than okay with not having to deal with an additional middleman for a few cents extra though!
My package was consolidated in the Italian warehouse, then shipped to their partner in the US before shipping to me. I can’t say if this is common practice with them or not, but shipping was much cheaper than I thought it was going to be regardless, so I can’t complain.
