All I wish that there was more Bulbasaur between Dark Explorers and Shining Legends… Between 2012 and 2017 not a single Bulbasaur has been printed. Not even as a promo. Just 5 years of total drought!
Also, as some already mentioned, Venusaur and Blastoise in Evolutions would’ve been the bomb.
First all those cards they’ve designed and were ready to print, but they ended up not printing them…
Like the English BW77 Pikachu and BW78 Raichu or the Japanese Space World Sample cards or the GB Legendary Birds.
Second those dummy pictures we sometimes see, like these Dummy artworks, or this amazing Pikachu artwork from the 2010 Teach Set.
As for fictional cards I’d love to see:

Misty’s Blastoise in either Gym set would’ve been nice one.
More gold star cards tbh… or trophy trainer cards similar to the 2001/02 trainer trophies but instead of having 2/4/6 for each of the different placed cards, have basic, evolution 1 and evolution 2 for the kanto and johto starters. No.3 having basic and No. 1 having the final evos.
More of a redesign but eh, still wished that was the case ;’)

Physical copies of all GB and GB2 exclusive cards, especially since mock-ups of at least the first game’s cards exist in an early TCG artbook.
Cards for all the Megas who never got one. By my count, this list includes Pinsir, Medicham, Banette, Abomasnow, Sableye, Latias and Lopunny (please correct me if I forgot any). Frustrating because if certain Megas didn’t get doubled up on EX cards (looking at you Kanto starters, Gardevoir, Rayquaza etc), we could have got the entire set out during Gen 6 when they were revelant.
