Based on what we know so far, I don’t think so.
They are missing the section you mentioned, and they also weren’t originally packaged that way (if that’s been claimed).
Then there’s the advert, which is different from the original version.
The following is the original version, which as you can see is made of a different cardboard and contains a holographic backing (you can also see the display mount here).

It wouldn’t be difficult to scan the original and replace the holographic area with a suitable background and touch up the remaining text etc.
Which I can imagine would be the same kind of editing as I pointed out over here.
Oddly enough, MADE IN JAPAN remains on the presented advert.
