I bought this 024/L-P Copycat Su Pokémon Card Game LEGEND Battle winner’s prize. Is there a way to check the printing population of cards or is it just a guess? Thanks.

Card population in terms of how many have been printed are 99% of the time unknown.
The only time we know is when the cards is announced as a specific amount. Example being art academy cards having 100 copies each. Or lottery campaign cards that have 1,000 copies each.
Have you looked on bulbapedia for any information related to your card?
In Japan, a holographic version was reprinted as one of the L-P Promotional cards, and was awarded to the top winners of the Pokémon Card Game LEGEND Battle in September 2009.
Not sure how many people participated or were winners though.
