Booster Pack and Theme Deck Illustrators?

Hey all,

I’ve been trying to nail down who may have drawn artwork for the TCG products over the years, both English and Japanese. Some are easy to find as they’ve been included in books, but are there anymore resources that might point me in the right direction?

Easy ones have been illustrators like Arita, Sugimori (of course), and kawayoo. Anyone have any more ideas?

I think he’s asking who specifically drew the unique artwork for boxes, magazines, etc

I’m sure it is most of the same artists for pack art and box art. Try matching the featured artists from the set with the packaging from that same set?

Yep, the packs and boxes generally use the same art. The problem there is that so many artists are featured in every set. For example, if I’m looking at Supreme Victors, which had incredible pack/box artwork, I’d guess they’re Kouki Saitou’s work. Mr. Saitou had under 20 cards in SV, so it’s hard to pin him down as the featured artist.
