Unfortunately, WotC promos are one of the hardest cards to find in certain languages. For gen 1 or 2 single Pokémon collectors, the WotC promos in all languages are usually one of the final cards they need for their collection goals. And I speak from experience, since after roughly seven years of collecting Pikachu in all languages and variations, I’m currently missing just 10 out of 1433 officially released Pikachu cards released prior to February 27th, 2021 (25th Pokémon Day), four of which are foreign WotC promos: German Flug-Pikachu and Surf-Pikachu and Spanish Pikachu Volador and Pikachu Surfista. I’ve only seen these four cards twice each in the seven years I’ve been collecting, which are currently in Tom’s collection and omahanime’s collection.
Anyway, I can give you a list of all Pikachu WotC promos to get you started with your list. If I remember, I might try to find out which languages all the other WotC promos were printed in. (I’ll ignore Japanese cards in the list below.)
