I have multiple cards of the PSA service levels upto around $4000, which is economy, regular, express and super express.
Lets say for example I have 4 economy, 10 regular, 3 express, and 1 super express card.
How do I submit these cards together in one package?
Or do I have to post 4 packages? (I am overseas)

I submit all of my orders of various service levels in the same box (I just separate/label them) and then I write the shortest turnaround time of those orders on the outside of the box. It’s a good trick for getting your lower service level orders logged quicker as well.
Yes, definitely separate and label each one. I write the order number, but you could also write the # of cards or service level for each group.
There’s also that section on the form where you declare how many orders and total cards in that package so they would know if it’s 1 order or multiple.
As mentioned, you can send them together. Just pack it in a way that it’s very clear which cards belong to which order. They won’t ship it back to you together at once though so expect to pay multiple times for return shipping.
