Hi people
I haven’t got too much information on this card I believe it’s a Base set theme deck insert card with wizards of the coast written on the card. Just wondering a rough price as I can’t find a comparison on eBay or elsewhere.

I just tried grading a few of these with PSA, in order to maybe increase their demand and legitimacy a bit on the market, but they all were denied 
I am also very curious how much they could potentially be worth.

Yeah that’s the card in question and the exact same thing happened to me no charge, no grade after receiving my cards back from PSA.
Surely it’s quite a rare card to acquire?
