Base Set Misprint? Need Help

looking for any and all info I can get on this CARD HERE. same card stock as base set 1st edition. Pic is Looking at the front. Other side (back) looks the same but in color. Found in my old collection. Pulled as kid forgotten about till now. Is it just a misprint? some kind of factory spacer? pricing info mayb?

Hi and welcome to E4!

It’s a filler card. Sometimes there is a need to use a filler when there are less cards required for the print run than the 110 card sheets can contain. The card stock for domestic prints of Pokemon were all the same. It’s pretty tough to find additional copies of this variant… Worth around $200-$250 in near mint condition.

This is the 10th or so I’ve personally seen in circulation.
