Its on a 50 business day turn around time, so if I can snap that one up now and then my one returns a grade I already own, I can just sell down the line. So hard to find the lower grades, lol.
A second PSA 3 just surfaced up on eBay. I’ve sent the seller a message asking if they would take ‘x’ amount of it and showed them a picture of my PSA 4-10 collection so far. Hopefully they will say yes
@garyis2000 As much as I won’t be able to afford some of the other products I want to purchase in the near future, I just snagged an 8.5+ Charizard off of eBay last night
I haven’t looked for any .5 grades. The one I got last night I clicked on by accident whilst looking for something else and decided to put a bid in. Picked it up for my original bid so I was happy.
Officially there could be a 2.5 through 9.5 in terms of 0.5 PSA grades IIRC. However, for Pokémon there was only 8.5 and 9.5 so far; at least, so I’m told / read somewhere.
Btw, regarding your search for the PSA 1 Charizard, theorically you could just make a lump (is this the English word… :S) and send that of to PSA. I know this is of course less desirable and feels like cheating, but it is a possibility.
Is there a grading standard for PSA 1? I know there are criteria for PSA 10, 9, 8… If the card does not meet that criteria, it will get bumped down a grade or two. However, what happens with PSA 1’s? Is it possible to have a card in such rough shape that it will not grade PSA 1? What would happen then; I’m assuming if the card is that bad PSA probably could not even Authenticate?
