I think as long as the card is fully intact it should get a 1. Any charizard could easily theoretically be turned into a 1 with a few nice creases. I think 2 would be much harder as it would be a guessing game. The half grades would be near impossible.
CHeck out this 1 as proof about anything intact will grade a 1. PSA 1 Karp
Rofl, that karp I love the fact that it states “Quality Auctions” below it, and “PSA 1 Poor - 1 Of A Kind!” in the title… lol. Only the price is a bit outrageous, but I think it’s more of a joke auction anyway (at least, I hope…)
A PSA Poor 1 will exhibit many of the same qualities of a PSA Fair 1.5 but the defects may have advanced to such a serious stage that the eye appeal of the card has nearly vanished in its entirety. A Poor card may be missing one or two small pieces, exhibit major creasing that nearly breaks through all the layers of cardboard or it may contain extreme discoloration or dirtiness throughout that may make it difficult to identify the issue or content of the card on either the front or back. A card of this nature may also show noticeable warping or another type of destructive defect.
Speaking of PSA Poor 1’s @garyis2000, just received an email from PSA stating [for the 1st time ever], that my order was completed before the half way point on a 50 day turn time… In the results at the very bottom of the order, I now own the second Poor 1 Charizard in the pop. report
As the grades got lower, the prices went down in accordance [which i was nicely surprised at]. I thought that some of the lower grades would have cost more.
Anyway, good luck finding the PSA2 to complete it @xgav1337x. I can imagine the PSA1 is a lot easier to find than the PSA2. But you’ve been able to find all the other grades, so I’m sure you’ll be able to find the PSA2 in the near future as well.
