I stumbled across a small lot of japanese holos from wotc/dp era.
The cards are flawless on the front and holo but im noticing they all have feint scratches on the back surface, noticeable when a flashlight is pointed on the surface.
Is this common with japanese cards and how does psa treat this for japanese old backs?
