Im not looking for anything ripped up or folded. It should still look reasonable in a binder. I have a budget of $500-700 per card depending on condition.

Darn I had a prefect Venusaur binder copy (clean front, shit back) that I just sent to PSA. Probably 5-6. If you still need it in a year I’ll be here lol.
