@tromboneguy360 beautiful! Sowow really is a blessing for modern Pokemon and her works are absolutely worth dedicating a couple binder pages to!
Collecting all unique artworks(or as many as I can) of a single artist has been one of my favorite ways to collect. Not to mention, it is one of the coolest ways to look at cards in binders.
While completing sets and looking at them in binders is nice, I think that most sets lack cohesion, or a shared theme common throughout every card. That is why I love collecting artists cards, because they all have a shared theme!

SO slept on. one of the best at giving Pokémon a wide range of emotions, showing great detail in the background and showing Pokémon in their environment. Probably my favorite artist of all time.
Yep! I want to own tht alternate art Espeon V card! That’s one is amazing. Sowsow made the art for that one.

Skunktank. I just love the fall background. This gives me an idea to do a binder dedicated to fall themed cards. I’ve noticed a lot of fall/autumn backgrounds in cards. Fall is just a nice season. Pumpkin Spice - So Nice!
Fall themed would be AMAZING! Arita has tons of Golden red leaved backgrounds (others too) but dang! I also have thought about a cherry blossom themed collection, but I gotta stop somewhere. haha (not). Now, that cubone shaped cloud, is marowak shaped, because of it’s game lore. That makes it even better. Personally, I can’t choose a sowsow fave, but that Skunktank would definitely be one of them. lost thunder slowking is fun too.

Can you pick out your favorite artist on this one? I freakin’ love this idea, though I’m not sure If I’ll want to include all, one or some of the union card here, in my collections.
I’m also still thinking what i should do about this. Since i collect komiya and sowsow i could separate the halves in those binders but somehow it doesn’t feel quite right when there’s so much other illustrators too, so might just separate this in complitely different binder

Honestly not sure if I’m going to pick that up. Technically it would be required for my Komiya collection, but it doesn’t really focus on his artwork, so I feel comfortable passing it up.
I collect Kawayoo, Arita, sowsow, and all three have a chu here. Plus, Arita’s is literally in the middle. blarghh! I’ll probably pick the most prominent piece for each (thankfully, not the same pieces… mostly.)

I think i’ll decide when i have the cards in my hand, but i’ll probably exclude them from those komiya and sowsow binders since none of the cards is specifically concentrating on any of the artists and therefore wouldn’t feel right to call a card made by komiya/sowsow
I feel that. I do have some art in mine that are not actual cards, so for me, it works, but with all the scalping, I’m starting to focus only on art that I LIKE. If I don’t like the illus., I’m tempted to skip it…
These guys are printing money for TPC. I hope they are well compensated.
