Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help. I’m about to purchase these two cards, but I noticed they have a “21” engraved on the bottom of the PSA slab.
Is this normal? I also see that the certification numbers are very far apart from each other.
Can anyone please give me some clarity?

I’m glad @CR4WD4UNT answered above. 
As a primarily binder collector, I’m indeed not too well-versed into authenticating graded slabs, except for some obvious things, like the (potential lack of) the PSA watermark and such.
The Pikachu seem to be real, fwiw.
