I’ve done some searching but it’s hard to find consistent feedback on this… I’ve realized I have quite a few of both conditions and I’m wondering if those conditions definitely boost their value or is it more of a niche collector’s preference like off center/miscut cards etc?

Grey are worth more in holographics, non holos the value increase is almost non existent however im sure there are niche collectors putting a grey set together who are willing to pay more.

For grey stamps @acebren is on point.
As for 2D vs 3D, no one cares about that except for me who wrote this article. 
I’m pretty sure 99% of the collectors don’t even know both variations exist. So it won’t affect the value (unless you have a 3D stamped Red Cheeks Pikachu, then it’s worth quite a bit more if you sell it to me 
).

Maybe I should scan them and let you decide. Hard to tell on some… but from my check I’ve got two yellow cheek 1st edition 3d gray stamps, lots of non-pika gray & gray+3d stamps. Happy to off-load since they’re not my specialty or focus.
