I have 5 base set 2 packs that are 21.3+ grams and 2 Base set packs that are 21.3+ as well note these were randomly purchased packs from years ago.
I remember hear charizard authority saying the weight only matters when opening up a new booster box and comparing the packs within that box.
Everyone on ebay is marketing 21g or above has heavys.
Has anyone ever opened a 21.3+ gram pack and it not be a holo?
How should I market these packs if I were to sell them?

If you want to sell them, just post a picture with the booster on a scale showing its weight, people love to gamble.
21.3 is indeed very heavy for a booster but it doesn´t guarantee a holo as you have no comparables from the same box. I opened a neo discovery box once that had a weight range from 20.8 to 21.4, some of the heaviest boosters contained non-holos and some of the lighter ones the holos.

I think this is the video you mentioned? One of those packs is 21.41g and it’s a light pack.

Personally if i could not confirm that a pack was heavy i would not sell it as heavy but i would include the weight in the listing and advise that it does not guarantee a holo but the odds are good.

^ Opened really heavy packs that did have a holo this week, but I think his nonholo packs still had a super heavy weight
I would say they are heavy. Every Base set pack over 21g I’ve ever opened had a holo, but there are a few print runs that the heavys were 21.4.
I did open some Fossil packs last year that were all 21.2 to 21.3 and none had holos. They clearly came from the same box or were tampered haha (Wnich it didn’t look like tampering).
