Anyone know of a middleman in the Tottori area?

Last week, I posted about a postcard that’s only available at the Tottori Sand Dunes visitor center in Japan. I’ve been trying to find someone local who can pick it up for me, but so far, no luck.

I’m offering $25 to anyone who can go and get it for me, and I’ll also give $15 to whoever helps connect me with that person.

Hopefully you can find someone. It’s one of the more rural areas of Japan.
